I. The aim of the conference is:

• review of the core curriculum for preschool education and the core curriculum for general education for the first stage of primary school education in order to determine the professional competences of preschool and early school education teachers;
• searching for new solutions in the implementation of tasks in the area of psychological and pedagogical assistance provided to students in kindergarten and school;
• identification and improvement of school and teacher competences in the area of diagnosis of special developmental needs (SPR) and educational needs (SPE), as well as early, developed diagnosis and intervention, multilateral stimulation and activation, improvement, compensation, support and support
• a critical review of the learning outcomes in pedagogical fields, with particular emphasis on uniform master's studies in preschool and early school pedagogy from the perspective of the necessary competences in the area of diagnosis of SEN and SPR.

III.          Proposed conference program:

• Panel discussions on the topic:
  • core curriculum for preschool education and general education for primary schools in the perspective of working with children with SPR and SEN;
  • general standards, guidelines and guidelines for diagnostic procedures in children
  • and young people with selected special developmental and educational needs;
  • legal conditions for psychological and pedagogical assistance as well as therapy and rehabilitation of children;
  • a child or student with special educational needs in kindergarten and grades I-III of primary school;
  • classification of special educational needs and educational, preventive, therapeutic and strictly rehabilitation activities when working with a child with special developmental needs
  • and educational;
  • the role of the teacher, especially his/her communication competences in working with a child with special educational needs, planning and constructing educational and therapeutic programs and directing the forms and methods of rehabilitation;
  • therapy and rehabilitation of children based on cooperation between kindergartens, schools, rehabilitation centers and health services.
• workshops - certified training for academic teachers, kindergartens and primary schools, also in Lądek-Zdrój, in the field of diagnostic competences for child developmental disorders and forms and methods of rehabilitation of students with disorders (disabilities) in the field of autistic spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy and other movement disorders, genetic and epigenetic disorders, chronic diseases and somatic differences.

IV. Conference format and preparation schedule

• The proceedings will be conducted in the form of a panel discussion. Please send application forms and theses of speeches together with full texts of speeches/chapters of the monograph and a summary in Polish by the deadline of June 18, 2024 to the e-mail address: pedagogika@ans.pila.pl
• The monograph will be published as part of the publishing series Social communication in education at Adam Marszałek Publishing House – text recruitment October 30th, 2024.

V. Organizational matters:
